My wife and i were looking for a condo in Puerto Vallarta in the spring of 2021. The market was really hot and properties were selling quickly. We got a tip about a unit coming up for sale. We contacted Roger who met us at the condo on a Sunday afternoon. We made an offer but there were complications.
